Corporate Team Building Day

Starting at $40 per person

Let us host you for 8 hours of work, food, and fun. Start your morning out working. We have fiber web service with wifi inside and out, a 75" smart tv, built in projector tv, 2 large mobile whiteboards, and plenty of tables and chairs for whatever your needs may be. Break for lunch. Then enjoy our lawn games in the beer garden including our full sized shuffle board, bocce ball court, and dart boards. End the day relaxing on the terrace enjoying a cold beer.

 

Optional additions are a provided catered or boxed lunch, a barista for a coffee bar in the am, or a bartender.

  • Use of the main building, beer garden, and terrace for 8 hours (No suite rooms access and kitchen access with caterer only)

  • Grass parking and gravel handicap spots

  • 4 unisex restrooms including 1 handicap & family friendly (built in baby changer)

  • Outdoor tables and chairs

  • 3 custom built solid wood tables 80” x 40” (seat 8-10)

  • 25 plastic foldable tables 72” x 30” (seat 6-8)

  • 2 plastic Foldable Tables 96” x 30” (seat 8-10)

  • 3 round plastic foldable tables 48” (seat 4-6)

  • 2 foldable tables 48” x 24”

  • 7 round high top foldable tables 30”

  • 200 black metal chairs

  • 20’ custom built in bar with 10 barstools & charging outlets- *NO backbar access. No alcohol served unless bartenders are rented. In house bartenders only.

  • Kitchen access for caterer only (no dishwasher access).

  • After event bathrooms and floor cleaning

  • Table and chair set up. Layout must be turned in the week before the event otherwise only the number of tables and chairs requested will be in the room. (Renter required to leave the room in the same set up as they arrived. They must also take all decorations, food items, and personal items with them and take their trash to the dumpster)

  • Use of our built-in indoor and outdoor speakers with Bluetooth or plug in capabilities for ambient sound.

  • Use of our 75” smart tv or our indoor projector TV.

  • Use of 4 wireless mics inside main building.

  • Use of all our lawn games equipment. Includes: shuffleboard cues and pucks, Bocce balls, Darts, 2 corn hole sets, Giant Jenga, Ping Pong, Foosball.

  • Event insurance
