We are happy to host your Sunday thru Thursday events. We also offer seasonal Saturday night events from November 1st to March 1st. Contact us for date availability.
NO Full day rentals on Fridays or Saturdays.

Table and chair set up. Layout must be turned in the week before the event otherwise only the number of tables and chairs requested will be in the room. (Renter required to leave the room in the same set up as they arrived. They must also take all decorations, food items, and personal items with them).

Use of our built-in indoor and outdoor speakers with Bluetooth or plug in capabilities for ambient sound. Also can connect to DJ system.

Use of our built in LED color changing lighting. Includes bar shelving and under bar lighting, bar pendent lighting, hallway lighting, wall wash lighting, strobe light, disco ball, water effect light, and laser light.

Use of 4 wireless mics inside main building.

Use of our 75” smart tv or our indoor projector TV.

Use of all our lawn games equipment. Includes: shuffleboard cues and pucks, Bocce balls, Darts, 2 corn hole sets, Giant Jenga, Ping Pong, Foosball. Equipment check out at the bar.

Event Coordination & Staff. Includes vendor coordination, bathroom attendant, security, parking attendant, help with bussing services, and beer garden attendant. (Staff onsite during time guests are there)

Wedding Day Decoration Package

Includes everything included in the traditional wedding day package plus:

Month/Day of coordination ~ includes timeline creation, vendor Coordination and oversee all set up, complete direction of wedding day including ceremony, unlimited emails & texts, and 1 hour direction of rehearsal on location.

Tableware ~ includes setting the tables with a dinner plate, dessert plate, knife, spoon, fork, charger, and linen napkin per person. Kids (under 13) will have an all-plastic option that matches which includes a plastic dinner & dessert plate, plastic cup with lid and straw, charger, plastic spoon & fork, and paper napkin. Extra plastic forks and paper napkins included.

Upgraded bartender package. Includes glass drinkware (plastic for kids), unlimited 8 oz. bottled water service, juice & mixers service (3 options), canned soda (4 options), tea (hot & cold), and drip coffee service.

Glassware set on tables: Choose 1- water, wine, champagne, or pint glass style set on the tables in addition to the above place settings.

2-hour decoration design consultation at the venue.

Decoration services customized to your tastes ~ Includes the set up of all your table decorations, ceremony space décor, and any additional tables and décor you may have all before you arrive. Available options to choose from: Live willow greenery, artificial Pompas, LED candles, candelabras, traditional and modern candle holders, traditional and modern pedestals, glass vase ware, Chalkboard signage, mirror signage, ivory or white cheesecloth table runners, white or ivory draping linens, photo backdrops (black curtain, greenery, or black sequin), and more. The best part is we clean it all up, so you can walk out at the end of a long day and not have to worry about it. We do not provide flowers. Flowers can be added for an additional fee (Faux or real) and will be placed in vase ware accordingly.
