  • Month/Day of coordination ~ includes timeline creation, vendor Coordination and oversee all set up, complete direction of wedding day, unlimited email and texts, 1 hour direction of rehearsal on location

  • Use of our ceremony sound system ~ includes set up & take down, person to run equipment for 2 1/2 hours, digital sound & instrument plug ins or instrument mic, 1 lapel mic or wireless mic for the minister, And 2 speakers on stands

  • Use of up to 4 wireless mics for the day (inside main building)

  • Use of strobe lighting, mirrored ball, fog machine, and bubble machine

  • Tableware ~ includes dinner plate, dessert plate, knife, spoon, 2 forks, charger, linen napkin, and 2 bussers for 2 hours. (bussers are for tableware clean up only). Kids (under 13) will have an all plastic option which includes a plastic dinner & dessert plate, plastic cup with lid and straw, charger, plastic spoon & fork, and paper napkin.

  • 1 Bartender for 5 Hours (0-100 Guests) OR 2 Bartenders for 5 hours (101-200 Guests) ~ includes unlimited bottle water service, garnish prep, and soda, tea (hot & cold), and drip coffee service.

  • Glassware service at the bar and a water, wine, champagne, or pint glass style set on the tables in addition to the above place settings.

  • Lawn games package ~ includes shuffle board equipment, bocce ball equipment, 2 corn holes sets, darts equipment, giant jenga, yard yatzee, ping pong equipment, and foosball table.

  • 2 hour decoration design consultation at the venue

  • Decoration services customized to your tastes ~ includes the set up all of your table decorations, ceremony space decor, and any additional tables and décor you may have all before you arrive. Available options to choose from: artificial greenery, LED candles, candelabras, traditional and modern candle holders, traditional and modern pedestals, LED lighting, glass vase ware, signage, mirrors, table runners, drapery, photo backdrops, and more. the best part is we clean it all up, so you can walk out at the end of a long day and not have to worry about it.

$100.00 per hour

Birthday Party, Anniversary, Baby Shower, Bachelor or Bachelorette Party, Memorial Service, Meeting space for your club…. Whatever event you need to host let us be the space you and your guests will love!

Hourly Rate starts at: $100 per hour (4 Hour minimum)

Corporate Team Building Day

Starting at $40 per person

Let us host you for 8 hours of work, food, and fun. Start your morning out working. We have 5G web service, a 75" smart tv, built in projector screen, 2 moveable whiteboards, and plenty of tables and chairs for whatever your needs may be. Break for lunch. Then enjoy our lawn games in the beer garden including our full sized shuffle board, bocce ball court, and dart boards. End the day relaxing on the veranda enjoying a cold or hot beverage.


Optional additions are a provided catered or boxed lunch, a barista for a coffee bar in the am, a bartender for our on tap beers in the pm, a transport bus from your office to/from our facility for the ease of you and your team, or a 1 hour beer class that includes beer pairing snacks.
